We started our company in 2012 as Tri-State Professional Power Washing. We built our business based on our values: hard work, serving the community, and providing the very best value and experience to our customers.
In 2019, we made the move to soft washing, a newer and more versatile cleaning method that allows us to safely clean all types of surfaces without the damage that traditional high pressure washing can cause. While some tasks will require high power washing, we’ve learned that the safest and most effective, long-lasting clean comes from soft wash.
Our business is a family-run operation. Owner Clay Evans and his wife Tammie, along with Clay’s father Roger, are committed to building strong relationships with the community through Tri-State Softwash.
Clay especially enjoys the satisfaction of a good cleaning project, knowing that he has helped someone take pride in their property and maintain its beauty.
Clay and Tammie are parents to Karter (who is learning the business, too!) and Addison.
Soft wash is a gentle but more effective way to clean your property. Traditional power washing blasts your surfaces with high PSI and heat, but soft washing uses eco-friendly cleaning solutions to kill the source of stains at the root.
